My Role
As a UX/UI Designer at "Skyworker," my mission encompassed a comprehensive approach, starting with conducting a full UX audit and initiating the redesign of the existing platform. I identified and defined key issues in usability and platform functionality, developing and implementing strategic solutions to overcome these challenges and improve business metrics.
My goal was to transform "Skyworker" into a technologically advanced and user-friendly platform, providing a more appealing and efficient experience for both candidates and employers while enhancing the startup's business performance.
01
UX Audit
Starting with a thorough UX audit, I identified key issues and opportunities for enhancing the user experience. Analyzing competitors helped determine the strengths and weaknesses of the platform. The audit results were meticulously analyzed, and proposed solutions were prioritized for subsequent implementation.
02
Platform Redesign
One of the pivotal decisions stemming from the UX audit was the redesign of the platform. This stage aimed to ensure attractiveness and usability in the user interface. The new design not only improved visual perception but also optimized user interaction processes.
03
Metrics Management
Throughout the product development process, I actively worked on improving business metrics. Key metrics, such as increasing user numbers, enhancing candidate responsiveness to vacancies, and other crucial indicators, were identified. The implemented solutions were designed to enhance these metrics, contributing to the overall platform efficiency.
To boost candidate response rates, a hypothesis was formulated that if candidates perceived companies as the initiators of communication, it would increase response levels. This hypothesis led to the implementation of a personalized messaging strategy that included candidates' names. This individualized approach aimed to create a sense of personalized communication. Thorough testing confirmed that this method significantly increased responses, ultimately resulting in a substantial improvement in our profitability.
04
Problem Identification & Resolution + Testing
In addition to solutions derived from the UX audit, we systematically identified and resolved new issues, conducting testing of implemented changes. This iterative process not only addressed identified problems but also built on experience to further refine functionality and design.
